To run Reminders we store your email address, name (if provided), timezone, the reminders you create (title, notes, due date, recurrence), and delivery history for those reminders. If you subscribe to a paid plan we also store a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription so we can manage billing — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
We use this data solely to operate the product: authenticating you, scheduling and delivering your reminders by email, enforcing plan limits, and processing payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your reminder content for advertising.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
You can export all of your active reminders as JSON, or permanently delete them, at any time from Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove your data from our systems.
